I was just finishing up a garage swap on my eg civic I was fixing all the little problems fixing all the codes and the last one I got is this code 14 or iac or ecu problem I already replaced the iac and that didn’t fix the issue I’m having. The car will idle fine rev up fine, but when I put a little bit of pressure on the throttle, it will stutter just under 2000 RPMs but when it get past that it will be fine does anyone know what is wrong and what I can do about it
