New to this forum, new to cars in general. Ever since i picked up '97 Integra LS i've been doing nothing but teaching myself and learning from other to get the most out of my white girl (tegs name lol ). Picked her up last month for about $600, 137,000 miles. Ever since then i've just been making her 100% from valve cover gasket to control arm. Forgive me if i get parts wrong in the future or say something a bit stupid, like i said im new to this. Before Halloween the only thing i knew about cars were where the steering wheel was and how to go from P to R to D.. lol . Look forward to learning and discussing things with everyone. Ill also post a couple pics of the car below. hope you all enjoy.

Steelies with New TOYO snow tires 185/60r15
New Coolant Hoses (Had a bad leak)
Repainted Valve Cover (Matte Balck)

Backseat delete was a success. Not fully done but its getting cleaned and im building .
Aluminum to replace side panels and a roll cage. More sanding for the light rust and a box to cover spare tire compartment and fuel line. (Pic looks dirty, i vaccumed and washed down the area and carpet. Forgot to take pic of after lol .)
Film came today. 2nd pair of yellow comes in a couple days, just going to do them right, just wanted to see how the yellow looked. if you get film for head lights i recommend taking them out or taking off the bumper. will be a whole lot easier.
the blue are actual 8000k . didnt need to spend the money on highbeams when i barely use them
Got some much needed cleaning, fixing rust atm, but other than that she is looking very clean

while changing wheels and putting on Extended studs saw i had a ripped ax boot, need new bearings, just chose to replace rotors and get new brake pads while im at it. So thursday will be a nice day for me lol

I'm currently in process of building Kanjo ed6 hatch. She's getting there slowly lol and hopefully next month she'll get rollcage.

Yeah, I want a roll cage too ill probably start saving after the Simpson Harnesses i get for the new seats. (Love Kanjo style hatches) Just make sure it handles/performs like the real deal.
and I'm stuck... i want to do an ITR swap with LSD trans. (Basically JDM ITR because i think they came stock with LSD) but i also dont know if i want to boost it and learn about turbos. and no, i dont want to boost the itr .. if i go ITR swap i want it N/A.

Oh yeah you should def get roll cage for your teg, good thing I already have pairs of 5pts Simpson harnesses. Right now she have Richardson Racing Seat in. My good friend works as welder and he'll build me a roll cage for reasonable price.

With me i've just learned about cars. before i got my white girl all i knew about cars was where park, drive, and reverse is at lmao. so Ive just been teaching myself everything from walve cover gasket to coil overs. one of the reason i want to build an N/A engine to touch every part of my car/engine.
I need to learn more about ECU's and tuning. and trust me i would boost where im at but money is a factor right now lol . and plus I dont need 300 whp atm. i just want to have fun with my first car and learn every possible thing, save for a Type R and just know how to increase power from cams to pistons to know?
think you just helped me decide that i definitely want to swap and not boost lol
