98 prelude
Hello to all i have been working on this prelude for a bit it is a virgin and nothing has been done to it 98 honda Prelude vtec. My concern is that 4 other people have worked on this before it has come to my shop i am at wits end with it now. I have a no start concern it ran great right until they had it detailed and to never start again. I have check and have spark fuel pressure is good. However i have no injector pulse i can hear main relay turn on and off after 3 seconds. i have check crank sensor and have proper ohms comeing from it have check grounds from ecm and they all are fine checked grounds by the temp sensor cleaned and added stabilent 22 to it made sure all of grounds are good and still no start no injector pulse.. Maybe someone has ran against this before. new plugs, wire , coil. Have checked injectors have 12 volts on the yellow and black wire no pulsation at all
You said you can hear the main relay under the dash click on and off, can you hear the fuel pump priming?
Turn the key to the on position, you should hear the fuel pump priming, and then the check engine light will shut off.
It's kind of hard to understand your question though. You have spark, compression, but no fuel...right? I am assuming your battery and starter are fine when you say you have spark, so the engine is turning, just not starting. Right?

Have good compression good starter good fuel pressure new main relay just no injector pulse. Somebody at the shop said they have tried numerous times to start car with the red key my question is could it have fried the immobilizer unit from the red key this car has been sitting on our lot for two years and now they want it fixed i have traced all ground wires down and have good ground to all. Have checked the ckp buy back probing and found that have the right amount of ohms so i know this is not a problem checked timing also no problems thier
