Car does need a new motor ,car turns on but sounds bad (basically blown), steelies , bumper needs paint and hood not fenders, $1100 .. Yes or No and what should I look for, looking to pick it up 2moro but not sure??? HELP

You're asking us to tell you how to spend your money? Have you considered the total cost to get this car running safely and properly? Do your own estimates; swap 3k, other crap 1k, the car 1.1k, more crap 500. Restore my faith in humans and use common sense, man.

Not asking to tell me how to spend, but basically is it a good price for a shell, also I don't want a single cam motor anyways ,so I don't care if it runs, I am going to do a swap,

It's a project car, weekend car, 2nd car (I have a daily driver),

NOT a waste of Money, getting a car with a swap already ,is risky because most of them are on their way out and beat or ready to knock.. If I would buy this with a running motor it would run me $2500 that's what their going for on Craigslist.. When I don't even want the crappy single head.

. Building does cost but like I said it a project car and weekend car, ppl are spending $10k on a k swap

You happen to be inquiring us all to share with people the best way to invest your dollars? Have you contemplated the complete price tag to acquire that auto running correctly and effectively? Carry out your own quotes; replace 3k, additional rubbish 1k, the car 1. 1k, far more rubbish 500. Recover our faith with people and utilize sound judgment, person.

Was sup with these replies ? Lol. Anyway see if you can get the car for a lower price. Work your way down, I know my friend bought a 96 hatch with a blown head for 1900.00. The car was mint though but the head was the only problem. He threw a quick y7 head on there and left with the car to his garage to pursuit his B swap.
