Post 89 EF hatch si b16a

First let me start off by saying its great to be in a huge Honda community like this, I was born into Honda's and raised to love them. so thanks for the chance to learn many new things. But i have a few problems and hoping to get quick answer. my daily has been off the road for aittle over a month due to problems. i am no crazy mechanic but i have replaced cv axles on other Honda's and never had problems until now and i have done so much research on this form with many others before i decided to start this page. I will personally pay pal the first person 15$ who tells me the right answer correctly that actually fixes my problems due to nobody being able to fix this i give my word on that.

First, i have a b16a EF hatch with a y1 trans. the car has driven awesome for the past coming on 2 years with about 15k miles put on it. i herd some front end noises on driver side so i decided to replace the axle with a reman from advanced and all went well. about a month later one random day i started to hear a thump/click whenever i would turn ONLY LEFT. i figured bad axle again so i decided to replace it with the replacement i got on the axle, while i was at it i decided to also replace the lower control arm, lower ball joint (moog) sway bar end link, tie rod ends. i did some more reading and noticed that people say you need to run a SK7-J for 92 teg axles to work, so i pulled the half shaft sure enough was the original SIR SH3 so i figured that was the problem, but just to make sure i ordered a BRAND NEW 1992 teg axle just to make sure.... sure enough put it all back together and still does it. only clicks when turning left, it gets louder and more constant the more i accelerate. the weird thing is it only happens from a stop. if i am cruising into a turn while in neutral and take the turn you don't hear it. same as if you take 2nd into a turn you don't hear it. I have not done my wheel bearing or radius rod bushings yet could that cause my problems enough to make my axle click... also some people said bad steering rack? i do have a little play in my steering wheel but not totally done and dint think that would be it. also i have not got my car alighned but it was doing it before i changed any part out and aliment is not much off just don't wanna get it aligned yet if i am still gonna be replacing parts. also no i am not slammed i have a good 2 fingers wheel gap. also driver side motor mount is good. AGAIN you can def hear it coming from the driver side theirs no doubt. ITS A CLICK CLICK CLICK. i had jacked the car up and have a buddy put it in gear and have him turn as i watch and nothing seemed bad so maybe only under pressure? even helpful ideas or tricks i don't know will help , so i can tell whats bad would be greatly appreciated. I will take a video and upload it if that will help. I also have done so much research on this form and many others along with long endless nights of google search. nothing has solved it i know someone else had to run into this problem.

Hey just found your intro post. I really hope you solve this issue.

I bought my 91 crx last winter and have been battling this, what I can only determine is an axle binding, ever since. I've replaced the tranny, both axles, ball joints, had wheels and tires checked, all suspension checked, steering, subframe, engine mounts are all good. I've ruled out a misfire. Done just about everything.

Mine is speed and throttle dependent vibration. Comes on hard when I hit 3rd at half throttle, and doesn't stop until I let off the gas. It's not bad under very light or full throttle, but is worse when driving normally.

Ill let you know anything I find and you do the same.

Has b18c1, hasport mounts, and currently 90-93 integra axles.
