Default ZC vs. Mini-me: Final Round

I need to get may car up and running again. Im going to be choosing one of the two setups, either a ZC motor, or a MiniMe setup. What would be faster, more reliable, and cheaper? Need opinions and suggestions..

get a MINI me most zc's are pretty shot because there no a big engine in japan they don't care for them as well. and not to mention you will get all new gaskets and know what condition the motor is in.
