Z6 in EK chassis...IAT problem

Z6 in EK chassis...IAT problem
So my Z6 is in my 97 Cx. Still using the CX engine harness, I've read up on the IACV issue.
My question is...My Skunk2 Pro2 intake manifold has the IAT on it, does the OBD2a cars like the Cx have one? How do I make it work? Picture or something.
