ok this is what im wonderin they say its only legal to swap a same year or newer engine right how can they tell i live in md and we dont have a visual but what about inspection or emisssions thx.

What they don't know won't kill'em. Usually the guy doing the inspection doesn't know his *** from his elbow!

I'm in WV, no emissions or visual here I could put a 1983 carbbed setup in my car and they could care less.
