WTF???? PLEASE HELP it is to cold
Ok to start with my 93 civic hatch has an LS/VTEC. head is out of an 00 SI and the block is out of a 93 integra. I bought the Thermostat for the 93 integra. It is very cold here and my car was not warming up at all. The heater was barely getting warm. I figured it was the Thermostat. I replaced it last night and started my car. The engine got really hot and the heater is blowing Ice cold air. Now what the crap do i do? Could it just be a bad Thermostat? Why would the air be blowing so cold when the engine is so hot? Please help I can't drive my car now because it will over heat.

It's possible that you could've got a bad thermostat but first check to make sure the heater valve is opening up when you switch it to heat on the climate controls. It is located on the firewall and actuated by a cable. Sometimes the cable can get bent or slip off the selector. It happened to me doing a swap one time, I'm guessing when the motor was removed/installed it hit the valve and bent the cable.

Yes i put it in the right way. the way the housing is built it will only go in one way. I fixed it finally. I bought 3 thermo's from advance auto and all did the same thing. I decided to buy one from honda and it fixed everything. So if you need to replace a thermo go to honda. I learned from my mistake.
