does anyone know a web sit where i can get a wiring diagram for my 98 hatch with a 97 ls swap?

here, try out my diagram for starters..



Obviously, you can ignore the VTEC wiring/pinout information, but you'll have to do the IACV fix for sure when you do your LS swap.
