Default which wiring harness

im currently swapping a b20vtec with an obd1 gsr head into my 94 dx hatch. my question is...

since i took out the butterflies out of the intake manifold can i use any obd1 vtec wiring harness, say like a ex one?

Yes you can. Since you took out the butterflies and the EX doesnt come with any to begin with...whats the problem?

you can use the EX harness but if you plan on running a P72 or P30 you'll have to add the knock sensor wiring. If you go with a chipped P28 you won't have to worry about it.
