hey guys I've tried to search for this answer but couldn't find anything.
I know the b18b dizzy will bolt onto the b18a head but will it use the same connectors?

This swap is going into my EG and just wondering if I can use a b18b dizzy on a b18a engine.

If you switch the plugs, yes.

If the b18b dizzy is an obd1 dizzy it should plug and play considering your car is an eg and it is obd1.

The dizzy is off a 1996 Integra so that's OBD II correct?

Yeah a 96 LS would be obd2. You could just cut and splice an obd1 plug onto the dizzy to work with your harness or you could maybe repin your dizzy plug on your harness to work with the obd2 dizzy.
