Default What's the best source for genuine ECU programs?

I'm trying to trouble a qwerk that I am having with my B16. Basically, the motor runs fine with a stock program. I ordered a few chips from an online line source to whom I will not mention their name. Non-OBD programs. Each one of them behaves the same way; I get a low throttle bog/hesitation. I want to get some genuine chips to negate the possibility that the chips I bought were burned wrong/badly.

TIA,

~Brian
