Default ??what head??

im gonna build a ls vtec but dont know what head to get im looking at a gsr head and a jdm b16. i also plan on running stage 2 cams and some nitrous. what head is better. is the jdm hard to find parts for plus the jdm head is $400 dollors more please help

Unless you are extremely ****, I would get the one that's the best deal. You will not see much advantages/disadvantages comparing one to the other for that application.
Just be aware that you are going to need some internals ie - forged rods, lower comp. pistons and such if you plan to run nitrous on an LSVTEC. I've seen quite a few LSVTEC's using a stock bottom end that failed under the normal stress of high rev's. I could only imagine what forced induction would do.

just because it's a jdm head doesnt mean the parts are hard to find. example, a jdm b16a head uses the same parts as a usdm head, whether it be oem or aftermarket.
