Default what harness to use?

i am dropping a obd1 itr swap with a obd1 ecu into a 96 honda dx non vtec. is a civic ex or si harness and a obd2 to obd1 jumper harness all i need to get??

There is no OBD1 ITR engine they're all OBD2. That being said if you want to use a EX harness find one from a 96-98 only. You'll need an OBD2A to OBD1 ECU adapter as well (not sure what ecu it is as there is no OBD1 ITR ECU). Even with that engine harness you'll still need to adapt your intake air temp sensor to fit into your intake arm as the ITR uses a different style sensor. Everything else should plug and play.
