Default What ecu with d15b vtec?

Could i use si ecu with vafc? or even stock d15b ecu with vafc? or z6 or y8 ecu? thanks for your help

Yes but you will need an OBD0 to OBD1 ECU jumper harness.

out of those 4 and others that i have not listed, which one could i get the max performance out of?

The OBD1 P28 (Z6) ECU or an OBD1 JDM SOHC ZC (D15B) VTEC ECU.
