Default what do i do with the crank position sensor?

i'm using a obdII ecu. the plugs are different from the 98 ex harness to the 96 gsr b18c1 crank position sensor i'm using. the civic harness uses a 3 prongs ckp sensor plug and the gsr is a 2prong. is there a way to bypass this or fix it? thanks

it's a 96 gsr motor. the sensor and plug is there. isn't there a easier way to do it?
