Default well doing a swap....

I'm going to be swaping in a B16a2 this weekend into a 99 civic, i want to replace the headgasket before hand.

What i want to know is will i need to adjust the valves on a DOHC will i do this i know you have to take out the cams but do you need to adjust the vavles
