Default VX ECU issues with d16z6?

Sup guys, just got the swap completed this wkend. I did a search, so dont wack me

Here's what's happening:

Stock CX ecu on the motor...no VTEC engagement, correct?
VX ecu on the motor(that's the only ECU I have) ...it's an auto ECU so it's throwing up an engine light b/c it's looking for auto crap, right? I should be looking for a z6 ECU so I can get the correct VTEC engagement, etc, correct me if I'm wrong.

Thanks.

Yeah u need that P28, the VX ECU is Vtec but not the Vtec u need to run that motor right. Look for a P28 and you'll be ok

There is no such thing as an auto vx. You are probably getting a CEL due to the ecu looking for the 5 wire vx o2 sensor.
