the VTPS (vtec (oil) pressure switch) is the green plug on your VTEC solenoid; the other wire is for the VTEC solenoid itself (single wire).

Ok, now I understand but whats confusing me is it says in the sticky about h22 to civic to run the blk/blu wire (vtec oil pressure) to the d6 pin on the ecu. So where is this wire.

you have to completely add this wire if you have a non-vtec civic/integra. Meaning you need to run a wire from the D6 pinout, through your firewall, and out to the VT solenoid.

Ok, so I have to run one from the d6 pin, one from the a4 pin and a ground all to the VTsolenoid.

only one wire goes to the solenoid. 2 wires for pressure switch, one hot, one ground. With a p28 you can ground the pressure switch to the car, but with a p13 the ecu looks for it. P28 locations should be the same (A4 and D6).
