Default VTEC Engagement Point

Where do you guys with N/A cars like to set your VTEC engagement points at. Same question go for the turbo guys? I have heard people say that setting it lower isn't always better. Feels strong to me all the way through the powerband set at 4000.

You got a b18c in your car right? Well, the VTEC engagement point in that motor is 4,400 rpms, and the IAB kicks in at around 5,700...so lowering your engagement point by 100rpms shouldn't make a difference.
