VAFC settings for LsVtec's

VAFC settings for LsVtec's
Alright everyone... I will finish building my LsVtec this weekend and I wanted to know if anyone has a similar setup with the VAFC and what setting they are running (preferably dyno'ed settings) here is what i have
-B16 Head
-B18b Bottom End
-GSR Tranny
-ITR Pistons
-ITR Valve Springs
-B16 Cams(havent decided on CTR or ITR upgrade)
-Will have cam gears in the NEAR future
-B16 Manifold
-Regular Intake (non-cold air)
-B16 SIR ECU or GSR ECU (I can probably use either one that I want)
-Greddy Exhaust
-HP Headers
If you have a setup that is anything like this and you have VAFC reccomendations please let me know! Thanks....
