when you have an engine with internal mods, what does a dyno help you change using a VAFC besides the vtec crossover and fuel ? is the dyno basicaly telling you when the best spot to activate vtec? timing? a/f ratio? are you changing the ecu's program?

basicaly my question is : what info does the dyno recieve, and what does dyno tuning change to your car?
