I have a skunk 2 stage1. Before the cam install, i had a cheap intake, dc 4-1 headers, Greddy PE.
Dropping the skunk2 cams made 18 hp more than my stock GSR cams.
Downside is I have a big power and torque dip just when vtec engages. Dip is big enough to be annoying but when tach reaches 5K+ rpms, it hauls.
