Default upgrading valvetrain...help

Yo, my b16 is on the garage floor, and i took the head to my college to do some machine work and rebuilding. I got some ITR intake springs, so im putin those on and swaping my intakes top the exhaust side. Already have the ITR cams, so my new redline should be about.....8500 right? I was wondering if my bottom end will hold up to that, its a b16a1 to clarify. bout 80k miles, i will hone the block, get new rings, maybe ITR pistons and then have a shop balance it. So, 8500 safe? or no safe? Also i was told that an H-series throttle body will bolt up to my intake manifold? true? how much power gain?
