hey kiDD, what shifter assembly did you use? Do i need to get the entire assembly, along WITH the entire length of lines that come with it? I haven't been able to find out exactly what it is i need. Looks awesome though has she been driven yet?

I used the shifter and linkage from my Accord.. The shifter is kinda big though compared to the Prelude one Newman uses.. But it still works..

And no she is still on jackstands waiting for DSS to send me the right driver side axle.. I do recommend them though the axles are badass..

cool.....thanks. I'll just get a Lude shifter assembly

About the radiator fan....Do you know what the max depth would be when using a Del Sol VTEC radiator? I don't want to buy one to find out it's too deep. I'll be using the HCP kit too so we should have about the same clearance depths. Could you help me out with that at all?

Also, how much were your DSS axles all together? you're using the stage 2's, yes?

Just get an EX/SI or Delsol radiator. They are all the same and no I havent measured it for max depth or anything.. Just know that it replaces the stock fan and it works..

And I have Stage 3's... Was apart of the groupbuy a while ago..

No dont get the stock del sol fan because it wont fit.. Get a slim fan from autozone, pep boys, or whomever... 12' inch perferrably.. So it'll be a little smaller than the radiator itself.

Ahhhh the almighty H Deuce Deuce! This is next on my list of projects. Which motor mounts did you go with, looks like HCP? Does the left tranny mount/bracket need relocated and welded in?

lol then this wouldnt be a Honda forum and yes the mounts are HCP, however there was no welding needed just a little cutting from the tranny side bracket.. Fairly easy to do.

I just began the same swap with an OBD2 engine/harness/ecu.. into a 1992 VX hatchback.

Do you suggest I use a P13 ECU, and remove the OBD2 harness off the motor and use an OBD2 GS-R harness instead? Seems like the OBD2 Prelude harness is not going to plug into the shock tower plugs like a GS-R would... what do you think? Thanks..

Nah just convert everything over to ODB I.. Its simpler that way since the Civic harness is ODB I anyways.. And just add whatever plugs you need to it.. You will need to get an ODB I distributor though.. After that its fairly easy,,.

Yeah, mine is a Prelude shift linkage that came with my swap. Any of them will work.....
