i just installed type s cams in my 94 jdm h22. i took the car around the block just driving normal and the car seemed to jerk. when i got back to my house my header was glowing red! so i just did the valve adjustment to specs: 7 int and 8 ext and i just took it down the street and came back and the same problem, the header was glowing red. can someone please help me? do i need to adjust to the type s cam specs and if so what are they? thanks

 

that's not a normal sign buddy. are you getting enough fuel? head gasket ok coolant in the car?

yea im kinda worried havent driven the car since, pretty sure there is enough fuel no realy mods besides the cams and bolt-ons. just checked coolant today and it was fine. any other suggestions?
