i need to tap the block for the oil i already got the oil pan tapped. I was told that i have to tap it above the oil filter, but i cant get the thing off(not he oil filter, the oil sending unit bolt). I know its the bolt under the little plug.Oil sending unit. Any ideas??? Oh yeah what radiator can i run to have hood clearance?????I have a 92-95 hb radiator but doesnt clear.

the oil pressure switch is next to the oil filter. unscrew that from the block, screw in a Tee, one for the oil pressure switch and another for the oil supply hose to the turbo.

 

ok everyone i have my oil filter off and i tried to get the oil sending unit off but i cant get a socket to fit around it remind you its on a hf motor. so my sending unit is above the oil filter and to the right. should i just pay a local shop to do it for 70$$ or should i do it myself. O yeah and please let me know about that vw radiator if you find it
