Tranny's - which is which?

I know that there were a few different cable tranny's from 90-93, so could anyone clarify which car/motor these tranny's are from: S1, J1, A1, Y1, YS1

I am referring to only the B series tranny's from the Integra's and JDM CRX SiR.

Maybe I wasn't clear enough on what I needed. I know the engine codes for the cars, what I need is to match these tranny codes to the car/motor - S1, J1, A1, Y1, YS1.
