Default Tranny Leak

I put a B18B1 in my 95 civic dx. We used the ls axles. I have a leak where the axle goes into the tranny on the passenger side. I've noticed that the inner boot is kinda stretched out. Is my leak due to not having a long enough axle or the gasket on the tranny???
