Default Timing?

Hey bro's, I'm putting my motor together(B20B w/ GSR head) and was wondering what the timing should be? Does anyone have an idea? The guy who put the motor together in the first place is out sick for the week, and can't get in touch with him till then. If any one could help me, would greatly appreciate it thanks!

Start at 14 degrees, then increase it in 2 degree increments until you notice pinging, then back it down 2 degrees for best results.

i second the notion the stock honda timing is 16 so starting at 14 is a good base.
