Default Throttle body question

Hmm quick question. I swapped a b16 into my civic ex and also converted it from auto to manaul. The thing is I used a gsr head with the b16 block but used my stock auto throttle body. My car has been running really rich and bogging down for a while now so I thought it could be the motor. Got the motor compression tested and its fine but the problem seems to stem for the incompatability of the throttle body and the intake manifold. Would switching the throttle body for a gsr one take care of the problem and also I could pretty much use any throttel body from 94 and up correct? Thanks for the help.

I don't see why a throttle body would make you run rich. You have other problems.
