Default Switching ECU??

Hey guys, just a quick question. I have a 94 CX with LS/Vtec and running a chipped P28 ECU. I was just wonder if I can just swap that P28 ECU out and use a 95 GSR ECU? Is there anything I have to look out for? A friend of mine have a stock GSR ECU lying around, he went DFI a while back. Thanks in advance for the replies!!
