Default Swapping a swapped civic

I am swapping a b16 sir 1 into a 1990 civic si hatch.

The civic already has a d16y8 from a 2000 civic.

The ecu is a pm6.

I also noticed a RPM activated switch on the fire wall wired into the vtec sol.

The transmission says L3-2038383.

The manifold says PGM-FI.

I don't know if any of this is going to make the swap easier but i just need to know what I will need to complete this swap.
will the trans work?
Will the axles work?
Will the mounts work?
thanks in advance.

the transmission, mounts, shift linkages, axles, etc. will not work.

You can however use the PM6 ECU and the rpm activated switch to lug the car around until you get a properly chipped PM6 with b16 maps, or the correct PR3/PW0 ECU. I wouldn't reccommend driving the car hard or at high rpm for extended periods of time.

I recently chipped a friends PM6 ECU to run his B16A in an 88 CRX HF. I copied PR3 maps over to the PM6 code and smoothed the VTEC transition and it runs very well.
