swapping an LS to a gsr

i need help please with wiring the ls to a gsr.obd2.98 car and motor.jdm.what do i do about the harness.how many wires.are there blank spots on the computer harness from the ls?please help

Assuming both cars are OBDII and that you are using an OBDII GSR ECU.
