Default Swap up and running...

Never swapped a motor before but since it wasn't a bad swap, I figured I could do it. Anyways, it was a B18b into a 94 EG hatch....not to bad, so far I have worked on it for 12hrs with a buddy and we have already fired her up. Didn't have a lift, power tools or any of that stuff, so it took longer than I expected. However, there is still one thing that needs to be buttoned up. The shift linkage. According to C-speed, I should use the stock civic shifter on the B18b linkage? Can I just straight up use the b18b shift linkage or do I need to swap over my stock shift lever? Reason I ask is because when I put the stock shift lever into the linkage, the mounting point for it is about 1/2" too small and doesn't fit snuggly.

Default Re: Swap up and running... (1.8t)

I did the exact same swap a few weeks ago and I used the integra shift linkage, shifter and if fit like a glove.
