Default swap problems

hi. im new to this board and hondas. i have a 92 cx hatch with a sir2 swap. swap went fine fine except that when im driving after the car warms up the cel will come on sometimes it takes 30 mins and others it takes 5. i noticed it takes longer when it cold outside. im running a p30. anybody ever have this problem? or does anybody know what it is?

also it still does hit v tec when cel is on. thought it mybe purge valve which i have connected through the fuel pressure regulator. does it possibly need moree vacuum then that

It's probably the O2 sensor CEL. CX models have a 1 wire O2 sensor and need the wiring converted to accept the 4 wire O2. Have you jumped the service connector to see what CEL's the ECU has stored?

no. can i while the car is running cause it goes out once i turn off the car. i have done the 4 wire o2 sensor

Once the cel comes on the code is stored in the memory. Jump the service connector and read the code, make sure you have the car off, and then just turn the key so the battery comes on dont start the car. Long flash = 10, short flash = 1.
