hey my friends got a 95 teg ls....he wants to do a swap...and NO LSVTEC...what all will he need? I know he'll need the short/longblock/the vtec solenoid.....what else guys?

 

Full engine and tranny, axles, shift linkage, ECU, motor mounts, a wire harness, etc...

 

first off never post something when u know nothing about it........if ur boy wants a gsr motor or a b16 all he needs is the long block...he can use most of the stuff he has now....but if he does keep the ls trans it will be realy slow...he will also need a gsr ecu and have to run some wires to hook up the vtec and knock sensor

 

thats what i was thinking...just the engine and ecu, oh yea and the stuff for VTEC, but i kept hearing that you needed the axles.
