Swap Laws

Is there any web site that has the laws listed for specific states for engine swap laws? I can only find info about how to make everything legal for California.

Well, the reason for that is cause every state takes its cues from Cali. If your car would be legal in Cali, then you are most likely safe. Call the DPS in your state and ask them.

umm...swap laws in Texas....
this is Texas, there are no laws....you can do whatever you want to your car
no emissions to worry about here...

WHAT KIND OF CRACK ARE YOU SMOKING????? Kingwood is in Harris county, the most polluted county in america thanks to Houston. YES THERE IS EMISSIONS TESTS. By the way KINGWOOD SUCKS. j/k
