Default Swap finished now Problems

2000ls and 2000si tranny in a 95 civic DX, used obd-2 harness

From 1000-3500rpm the car runs like ****, its "choking" and poping, but then once it hits 3600 or there abouts it takes off and runs great! Any idea, i not thowing any engine codes????? please HELP

i had a prob with my swap like 4 months ago and it was doing more or less the same thing you are talking about. it ended up being a bad ground on the main harness going into the ecu by the passenger side shock tower. i was shocked to see that was the only thing wrong with my car!! sometimes it is as simple as that. i suggest you check your wiring. if you got more questions just email.. good luck
