Default skunk2 intake question

ok. dropping a b18c (gsr) in my 96 civic EX... using the skunk2 intake manifold...which throttle cable and bracket do i use?

I used the stock throttle cable on my cx. For the bracket I unscrewed the bracket from the gsr throttle body, lowered it so the top bolt hole of the bracket was bolted to the lower hole of the throttle body, snipped off 1/2 of the rubber boot on the cable, and viola, it works perfectly and has plenty of hood clearence.
