Default Several problems after swap

Hey guys I have a 98 Civic EX and swapped in a 95 B18B using the OBD-2 Civic Harness with the AEM EMS
Ever since I swapped the motor in my A/C, Horn, and cruise control doesn’t work. Also the SRS light is always on.

I checked the fuses and everything is ok, the horn works if I jump power to it so it must be electrical, The A/C works if I jump straight power to the compressor, and I don't care about cruise control.

I do however need to find out about the SRS light so god forbid I am in an accident it will deploy, I have tried resetting it using the papr clip method but it pops back on after a few seconds of going off.

I know this is a lot to ask, but I am at my wits end trying to figure all this out

Thanks

Was the EMS designed to plug directly into the OBDII plugs or did you use an OBDII to OBDI conversion harness? If so, that might be your problem.
