Hey guys quick questiong, didnt know where else to post it so I posted it here.

Im trying to buy a gsr swap for my eg everything seems good but something raised a flag and I wasnt too sure about it so im asking you guys.

Guy said that its a 94 GSR jdm engine and it doesnt come with vins that only 96+ engines came with vins. And would that be a problem trying to get my car bard?
