Default quick axle question

alright i have a 1st gen b16 tranny and cable to hydro conversion on my 98 ex well i am switching back to regular hydro tranny and getting a gsr tranny, i am currently using 90-93 integra axles and a half shaft from a first gen b16. My question is what axles and half shaft am i going to need now that im switching to the gsr tranny, will the half shaft i have work or do i need a different one? any help is much appreciated.

You should still be able to use ur GSR axles that you have. Mostly all B-series axles are interchangeable.

You can reuse the 90-93 Integra int. shaft and axles no problem. You will need to change the driver's side tranny axle seal on the GSR tranny to a 90-93 seal and that's it. More than likely you currently have a 90-91 tranny which has the smaller input shaft, so switching to the GSR tranny is going to require a 92+ B series clutch kit.

<TABLE WIDTH="90%" CELLSPACING=0 CELLPADDING=0 ALIGN=CENTER><TR><TD>Quote, originally posted by fkncivic &raquo;</TD></TR><TR><TD CLASS="quote">can i use newer gsr axles with the int shaft i have though?
</TD></TR></TABLE>

The passenger side axle will work but the driver's side won't due to the difference in the 90-93 from the 94-01 intermediate shaft. On the 90-93 driver's axle, the inner joint is male to a female intermediate shaft, the 94-01 are the exact opposite.
