Default Question for Kenji or anyone as knowledgeable?????

Car: 1990 CRX DX
Motor: obd - 2 GSR
Harness:
Do I use the stock DX harness converted to SI? Or do I need to get a custom harness made????

ECU: I want to use the GSR ECU because I want the secondaries. Can I use that ecu.?
Mics: Can I use the B-series linkage, can I use the CRX hubs with the B-Series axles, Do I need
The injector resistor box or is that only the obd-2.5?? Do I need a harness jumper to go
to OBD-1????

The search function needs to be modified to except 2-letter words...I tried.I would appreciate any help, thanks

Wow , alot of QQQQQsss

First off, Use the CRX harness, convert it to Si and ad the extra vtec wiring ( some wires need to be lenghtened.
Use an OBD-1 computer( P72 is best) then Kenji can sell you a conversion harness OBD-0 to OBD-1. You can use the butterflys this way.

As for axles, It is easier to get 90 integra axles including the jack shaft, you will have to change the seal in the tranny for the jack shaft to a 90 integra seal.

The shift linkage will have to be shortened about 3" or you can buy an adjustable one.
Hope this helps.

place or hasport or hcp mounts and linkage.

either do what CRVRX said with the wiring or just full rewire it to OBD1, more work, but with a clean wiring install completed its simpler to troubleshoot.

The OBD2 ECU can be made to work with the CRX, but it is alot of work. You will have to run 2 O2 sensors to run without codes, as well as the fuel tank pressure sensor. You will also need to add wires for these extra sensors, in addition to the crank angle sensor. If you use the CRX wiring harness, you'll need to change the plugs for the distributor as well as the injectors (assuming you want to use the GSR injectors). We can make you an OBD0 to OBD2 (either generation) adapter, but it would be much less work for you to use an OBD1 GSR ECU (as mentioned above) and get an OBD0 to OBD1 adapter.

Which tranny will you be using? The OBD2 GSR comes with a hydraulically operated transmission, which might be difficult (but not impossible) to use with your car. You'd be better off trying to get your hands on a JDM S1/J1/Y1 tranny from a 89-91 Civic/CRX SiR or Integra XSi, or a YS1 from a 92-93 GSR. Another possibility (last resort for cable tranny) is a Y1 from a 90-91 Integra LS/RS or a YS1 from a 92-93 Integra LS/RS.

I am looking for a ys1 93 gsr ecu.. or a SiR with lsd. I am not going to use the OBD-2 ecu. i am going to run the OBD-1 p72 with a jumper...

How hard is it to rewire the whole car for OBD-1. Taking the dash of I assume, but how hard overall???

I would have to say with all the options out there, that the work involved in re-wiring the whole car is definitely not worth it.
