I havent found the knocksensor on my engine.
Can someone please describe where it should be.
And what do Honda call it in the workshop manual?

look at the back of the block(intake side) up at the very top, in the middle.

 

Is it something that all B16A2 get or just USDM cars?
Please be more specific how it looks. How many wires?
Under the intake manifold or above?

all DOHC VTEC's came with a knock sensor.

 

it is at top on the backside of the block, right above the oil filter to the left, its a single wire plug

 

Reason why Iīm asking this is that I have just finished my Hybrid(D16Z6-B16A2) and didnt find the knocksensor. Since I live in Sweden I thought that maybe we didnīt get it on our cars. I have a Honda OEM vol1&vol2 Manual for my car but canīt find which wire goes to the sensor.
My car runs fine without any codes from the ECU. Only problem are that my timing is only 12ī and stays there eventhough I try to adjust it.
What is the number of terminal on ECU for knocksensor.
How does it look? Color?
I really need help!
