lol, i've never ordered from them b/c they have never had the best price on anything i've wanted/needed... but I've been very close a few times. So would I be better off to take my future business elsewhere?

after re-reading that other thread, i will NEVER give them any business. Those guys obviously don't understand customer service or business ethics. I'm only 18 and I know more about running a business than they seem to (granted I run the c.s. dept @ my job). Total bullshit. The credit card company is my best friend... they have saved me from about $1200 worth of online transactions gone bad. American Express

i've ordered from them 5 times and i've never had a problem. the prices on what i bought were fair and the the merchandise got to me as fast ups could get it to me. that's just my experience though.

yes, many people have many different experiences but, from the replies i've received when i posted my experience, they seem to be more bad than good.

I personally wouldnt deal with them.... their prices are the same as everywhere else and if your in Cali..you'll end up paying sales tax and if you use a CC.. they surcharge for that too. I've heard alot of problems from people when they try to get a refund or return items.. I dont care to do business with them after hearing this.

I've bought from them with no problems yet. Fast shipping too. But their prices are definetly not burning deals. All and all I'd buy from them again.

yes, the ******** are David and Brandon (owners). they are the only two people that work there. in other words, everytime you call there, you'll get an *******.
