Don't know for sure so I hope someone chimes in... but I think the bearing carriers on those (B16/LS) diffs are smaller.
So I know GSR/ITR bearings don't fit on them. Not sure though if the bearings for a B16/LS diff will fit in GSR/ITR tranny though.

There are 2 part numbers for Most of the B-series transmissions.
1. GSR and ITR transmissions (Hydro) 94-00 Integra
2. 92-93 GSR, 90-00 Integra LS, 99-00 B16, Del Sol VTEC B16A
