Default problems with b16a swap

I just put in my new fuel pump and went to go see how it was running and when I opened it up around 6000 the rev limiter came on and the car shut off with the check engine light on. It will not crank up and the check engine light stays on .The Vafc will not come on . I tried another ecu and still nothing happened, I also unhooked the vafc and still nothing. anyone have any ideas ?????????

I just went out and messed around with it And its not firing or getting fuel pressure, the ECU is not getting any power so i think thats why its not firing or getting any fuel. But I cannot figure out why its not getting power . The ecu or the hazard fuse is not blown.Help
