Default PR3 and P72s

Hello,
I see a lot of "P72"s stamped on my GSR engine.
But in the cams, it says PR3. Can somebody please tell me why this is so.
Are the codes for cams different? If so, what are the other codes and what does it mean?

Thanks!

Curious why its a PR3 though.

Should the cams be stamped p72?
